Accidents: While we use the utmost caution and care during grooming, our equipment is sharp, and there is a potential risk of minor incidents, such as cuts, nicks, scratches, or nail quicking. If an accident occurs, we will inform you right away. Should we determine that the injury is serious and the owner is not present, we will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet at the owner’s expense.
